Gîte Le Freezia for 4/6 persons
This gîte is located in an old farmhouse in the heart of the Ardèche. It has a parking space in an enclosure closed by an electric gate, it is completely new and fully equipped with all the necessary comfort. In the domain we propose you a heated swimming pool of 6 m X 12 m surrounded by a beautiful vegetation and secured.
This cottage is accessible by the parking space. It is on one level, with a terrace of 27 m2 where meals can be taken with its barbecue to enjoy vacations with family or friends in Ardeche.
The living room is composed of a sofa bed for 2 persons with a television and a small coffee table.
In a large veranda, a fully equipped kitchen is available with a traditional oven, a microwave, a refrigerator including a freezer, an induction cooker, an electric coffee machine, a Nespresso, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher and a complete set of dishes. On request we can provide you with a raclette machine.
The first room has two 80X200 beds with a comforter or light blanket depending on the season, as well as a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower cabin, 2 basins and a washing machine. The toilets are independent.
The second room has 2 beds of 80X200 with comforter or light cover as well as a cupboard of arrangement and its bathroom shower profits from a beautiful space. Its toilets are independent.
In the gite you will find the following items:
- Ironing board and iron
- A clothesline
- On reservation: changing table, baby bathtub, high chair, baby cot, playpen.
- The towels are provided.
A remote control for the television will be given to you for a deposit of 60 € which will be returned to you when it is returned.
Possibility of reserving an independent room
This lodging offers the advantage of having one of its rooms independent from the rest of the lodging with a dedicated access.
You have the possibility to book only this “duo” room with its own bathroom and toilet as well as a television and a small office space.

In July and August reservations are made from Friday to Friday.
On the rest of the year, or on free weeks, possibility to arrive and go whenever you want on 2 nights minimum with
the cleaning fee of 90 €.
Our rates include: tourist tax, beds made, towels.
For weekends, arrivals are on Friday and departure on Sunday.
