Gîte Le Violette for 4/6 persons
Enjoy spending your vacations in a domain in Ardeche called the Mas Bel Air. Located between the mountains and nature, this unique gite has very specific characteristics. It has been completely renovated and fitted out in an old farmhouse. Le Violette is air-conditioned and fully equipped to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible.
All accesses to the gite are private. You have the possibility to park your vehicle in a dedicated parking space. The enclosure is closed by an electric gate which guarantees its security. The access to the gite will be through this entrance.
This 60m2 single-storey gite opens onto a 45m2 terrace where you can have lunch. A barbecue is at your disposal. This unique gite is composed of 2 bedrooms both perfectly equipped with two beds of 80 cm x 200 cm, storage cupboards, sheets and comforters and an office space as well as a sofa bed on the living room side.
The capacity of this cottage is from 4 to 6 persons.
A bathroom is at your disposal, it includes a shower, a washbasin and a washing machine. The toilets are independent.
The living room is composed of a television, a sofa bed for 2 people and a fully equipped kitchen, including all of the following elements

- Dishwasher

Enjoy the calm and the greenery, benefit from an access to our heated swimming pool of 6m x 12m surrounded by a beautiful vegetation, very well secured.

For any reservation from 15 days, ask for your benefits!
In July and August reservations are made from Friday to Friday.
On the rest of the year, or on free weeks, possibility to arrive and go whenever you want on 2 nights minimum with
the cleaning fee of 90 €.
Our rates include: tourist tax, beds made, towels.
For weekends, arrivals are on Friday and departure on Sunday.
