Gîte Coquelicot for 6/8 persons

Discover our gîte Coquelicot which has been completely renovated and fitted out in an old farmhouse between the mountains and the greenery. You will be able to take advantage of the calm in a natural and serene setting during your stay to optimize your relaxation. A heated swimming pool of 6m x 12m is at your disposal to enjoy a moment of relaxation.

All the accesses to the gite are private. You have the possibility to park your vehicle in a dedicated parking space. The enclosure is closed by an electric gate which guarantees the safety of this one. The access to the gite will be through this entrance.

This unique gite has 3 bedrooms all fully equipped and a sofa bed. The capacity of this lodging is from 6 to 8 people. It presents many external assets so that you can benefit fully from the calm and the surrounding nature. Two large terraces are present, one, where meals can be taken and where a barbecue is at your disposal and the other, placed under a veranda where rest can be appreciated.

On the first floor, the living room is very bright and contains a television as well as a sofa bed (2 persons) and sanitary facilities. You also benefit from a fully equipped kitchen, including all the following elements:

• Traditional oven
• Microwave
• Induction plates
• Electric coffee maker
• Refrigerator with freezer section
• Toaster
• Dishwasher
• Full set of dishes
• Steam cooker
• Raclette machine (on request)

All the bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with sheets, comforters and storage cupboards.
The master bedroom is equipped with a 140cm x 190cm bed and a television. The other two bedrooms are equipped with two 80cm x 200cm beds, which can be combined into one bed.
The gite offers two generous bathrooms with sinks, two showers, sanitary facilities and a washing machine.

• A high chair (free of charge, to remember when booking)

Our charming gite in the south of the Ardèche is a quiet place which will accentuate your peace and rest. Many activities and magnificent landscapes are to be discovered in this commune. We are able to propose you walks & places to discover in the surroundings.

Pricing 2023 / 2024

For any reservation from 15 days, ask for your benefits!

In July and August reservations are made from Friday to Friday.
On the rest of the year, or on free weeks, possibility to arrive and go whenever you want on 2 nights minimum with
the cleaning fee of 130 €.

Our rates include: tourist tax, beds made, towels.
For weekends, arrivals are on Friday and departure on Sunday.
